That’s an answer we are all looking forward to. It is assumed Rfactor 2 will come out in a year, but we can only speculate at this moment. More details are soon to follow once we get more news!

We don’t in fact know much about rfactor 2 system requirements. We can only decipher based on screenshots and assume that directx10 graphic cards will gain support.

We aren’t the official Rfactor 2 site. We are just a bunch of fans who love the game. I am sure your suggestions will not go unnoticed by ISI since it is very constructive.

Implement a way to RE-JOIN a race already in progress. This has got to be the most annoying thing in RFactor. To practice all week for a sunday night 100% race and get booted due to an internet hiccup on lap 11.

Hi guys, I just want to say great job with rFactor, and I’m really looking forward to the sequel. I have a couple of suggestions:
1) Red Flag: When we have a big crash can we have a red flag? There has only been 2 games in history to have a red flag (F1 97 and F1 Circus ‘92).
2) Damage: In open wheel racing, cars that touch each others wheels are likely to fly up into the air or completely roll over. When I was playing open wheel mods in rFactor, it felt like I was racing against rectangles. And make more parts of the car fall off. And when we roll over parts of the car should be flying all over the place.
3)Animated pit crew: When we go to the pits for refueling/repairs, I want to see loads of people crawling over my car to repair my damage.
Well I hope you put these suggestions to consideration and thank you for taking your time to read this.
Thanks and good luck!

An accurate and easy to use force feedback program/system so no second party ones are needed anymore. It should also be able to simulate flate spotting. A type of live track technology where the track changes with temperature and rubber being layed down but to varying degrees in different parts of the track, for example puddles, oil slick, or a drying track with an emerging racing line. In a humid location, visible contrails at speed. Smart and exellent AI behaviour.

yeah having races where you can rejoin from the pits if you crash out or your interwebs fall over would be great

Direct x 11 support, window 7 is the future, allow for more capable cards . I understand that xp is prominent right now, but the future is windows 7, 64 bit tech. Time for R Factor 2 to be a pioneer and set the standars.
